4-H Bottle Drive

Warren County 4-H has set up an account at the Direct Deposit
Bottle Redemption Center in Warrensburg to collect any bottles and cans that you would like to donate to the Warren County
4-H Program.

All you need to do is stop by the Direct Deposit Bottle Redemption Center,  3746 Main Street Warrensburg, anytime Monday-Saturday between 8am & 5pm...drop off your clean containers (please leave the caps off & place glass bottles in boxes)...and tell them its for Warren County 4-H… you don’t even have to count them, they’ll do that for us!  :)

Every nickel counts...so go ahead 4-H’ers...ask your family, friends, and neighbors to help out by dropping their bottles off!

Happy 4-H New Year!  The new 4-H year begins October 1st.  Yes, it is that time of year again when you will be receiving information about re-enrollment in 4-H for the 2014-2015 year.  Those letters will be coming to you in the next several weeks, so please keep an eye out for them.

The fees will REMAIN THE SAME:
¨ Single Youth Membership $10
¨ Family of Two or More Youth $15
¨ Inclusive Membership $30 (includes FREE admission to all programs with a program fee of 5 or less)
¨ There are no fees for volunteers at this time.

Warren County is still one of the most affordable programs in the state.

Here are some changes for 2014-2015:
¨ Each 4-H family/member will be responsible for completing and returning his/her re-enrollment forms to our office.

¨ Re-enrollment forms MUST be completed, paid, and returned to the office by November 30th to be considered for the 4-H member to participate in county trips, club points, or specific programs.  This ensures that the youth are covered by our insurance program.

So, let’s get the new year party started!  We are seeking volunteers for the Flapjack Fundraiser on October 11th at Applebee’s in Queensbury from 7:30AM until 11:00AM and also to promote 4-H at the local Tractor Supply Store during 4-H Paper Clover promotions October 8th-19th
