4-H Calendar Fundraiser

Each year for the past several years we’ve worked on raising monies through fundraisers to support buying the 4-H t-shirts each public presenter receives for free, program materials and food, scholarships for families to join 4-H, Achievement Night dinner celebrations, leadership retreats for teens, and a variety of other program needs.

This year we are trying something new - a “gift card calendar raffle.”  People buy chances to win a gift card and the contest will run for the entire month of October with a gift card given away each day.  You don’t have just one chance to win – you have up to 31.  Winners need not be present to win and gift cards can either be picked up in our office or mailed.  Take a look at our calendar of gift cards below to see all of the great prizes and information on ticket prices.

We need your help in selling tickets!  Youth are allowed to sell tickets only if they are accompanied by an adult.  Adults are free to sell tickets without supervision!  Each ticket purchaser will receive a Warren County 4-H sticker as our “thank you.”  We will be setting up some times to sell tickets at Wal-Mart and Tractor Supply – more details to come.  Tickets are available to be picked up in our office Mon-Fri from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or make special arrangements by contacting Roxanne.  Our goal is to sell all 500 tickets by September 30th.  Let’s work together to make this the most successful fundraiser to benefit Warren County 4-H youth programs!

If you have any questions, please contact Roxanne @ rmw38@cornell.edu or Michele @  mlb222@cornell.edu
