Check out the events below to see what's happening with the Warren County 4-H program. Please make sure to contact us if you see something you want to be a part of~most events need pre-registration. BASIC & INTERMEDIATE ARCHERY PROGRAMS

BASIC ARCHERY PROGRAM:
Date:  Sunday, January 30th 
Time:  1PM - 3PM
Location:  CCE Training Center, Warrensburg

Must be at least 8 years of age.  Fee $5.

INTERMEDIATE ARCHERY PROGRAM:
Date:  Sunday, January 30th
Time:  3PM - 5PM
Location:  CCE Training Center, Warrensburg

Must be at least 8 years of age and have completed Basic Archery. 
Fee $5. 

Registration is required for both of these programs and can be done by e-mailing mlb222@cornell.edu or calling the office at 518-668-4881.  

Basic & Intermediate Air Rifle Program

BASIC AIR RIFLE PROGRAM:
Date:  Sunday, February 6th 
Time:  1PM - 3PM
Location:  Dunham’s Bay Fish & Game Club

Must be at least 9 years of age.  Fee $5.

INTERMEDIATE AIR RIFLE PROGRAM:
Date:  Sunday, February 6th 
Time:  3PM - 5PM
Location:  Dunham’s Bay Fish & Game Club

Must be at least 9 years of age and have completed Basic Air Rifle. 
Fee $5. Work on greater sight alignment and smaller targets for score.

WHEP: Waterfowl Identification Program

 


Date: Thursday, February 10th
Time: 6:00pm
Location: CCE Training Center


Learn about how to identify local waterfowl by types of color markings. 

Cloverbuds welcome! No fee.

4-H Scholarships Available for Graduating Seniors

 

Did you know that we offer scholarships to our graduating 4-H members?

 Details:

1. Must be a current, active, graduating Warren County
4-H’er.

2. Must have participated in the 4-H Public Presentation Program for the last three consecutive years, including the present year.

3. Must submit application by April 2, 2022.

       Maximum of $500 will be awarded from the 4-H Designated Fund. 

This scholarship is based on the overall 4-H involvement of the applicant.

Deadline:  Applications must be received in the Cornell Cooperative Extension Education Center by April 2, 2022.
