The classes will focus on basic cooking skills and food safety as well as provide an opportunity to perfect your recipe for the Produced in NY silent cooking competition.* Dust off your parents recipe books or do some internet research and come to the first class with your ideas of what you would like to learn how to prepare with NYS product (s). Chef Matt will help guide in the final selection of your recipe and you will learn the best way to present your final product for the judges. This is a NEW and FUN opportunity to learn cooking skills and participate in the PINY cooking competition.
