Throughout human history, many
cultures have used decorated masks in traditional dance, theatre, and social
events. Now, Warren County youth residents and youth who are here for the
summer have a chance to express their artistic side by decorating a facemask
and sharing it with others.
In order to participate you must:
RULES:
1 . Arrange to get a FREE plain, white cotton
facemask from Cornell Cooperative Extension of Warren County. Participants must
use these masks to assure all participants are starting from the same
point.
2 . Decorate the mask with 4-H appropriate content
of your choice. “4-H appropriate” is defined as
non-violent, no swears/swearing, no nudity/pornography, no hate based language, symbols, or themes, and no political statements. If you are unsure, contact us.
