Welcome to the 2023-2024 4-H Year!

Welcome to the 2023-2024 4-H Year!

The included 4-H Calendar of events are open to youth from Warren County, sometimes beyond Warren County, and we encourage your children to participate in them.  Pre-registration for all programs and events are to be conducted through the 4-H staff at the CCE/4-H office.  This is to assure everyone involved, including youth, chaperones, and educators are aware of who is going, program specific safety guidelines, and the responsibilities of participants.

Please read each description carefully as there may be a fee, an age limit or minimum, or a group size limit that is attached to these programs.  Again, pre-registration is required for programs and should be done in a timely fashion, due dates where needed are listed with the program.  If it is not listed, assume you should pre-register.  We also ask that if you are registered for a program/event and cannot attend, that you call the office to cancel ASAP.   When we have pre-registration for an event, then we can more accurately determine what materials we will need, staffing needs, and any health protocols we may need to address. This is very important when events may need to be cancelled due to inclement weather.  Weather or illness cancellations will be sent out as early as possible, we strive for a minimum of two hours posting before an event.

For those of you who have been pre-registering consistently and notifying us if you can’t attend, thank you very much for this effort as it helps us immensely. Please keep up the excellent work.

We hope to see you and many others at these events over the course of the year.
